No. It really doesn't. The performance were rubbish and remain rubbish. The goals are irrelevant....just a few good saves and a few missed chances.

Didn't expect you to get it. If you had watched the game yesterday you might have noticed that the hibs keeper made a few very good saves (not Lennon's fault except he might have bought him so you can blame him for that if you like) and we missed a few snips.
On a different day we could have won 3 -0 with that performance. The performance would still have been rubbish though. It's not a difficult concept.

It’s that quality to win these games that will win Celtic the league.
We have pretty much destroyed Hibs every time we have played them this season but still haven’t beat them. We have either missed numerous chances or their keeper has had a worldly.
And we have had more games like that than Celtic. Celtic have popped up with a few late winners under Lennon and I can’t really think of a single game we have won late on. I can think of some we have dropped points late on though.
As much as yes we have been inconsistent at times and people like to mock Gerrard the fact is he has done a decent job and over the piece there has actually not been too much between the teams.
The recruitment is massive for both teams this summer. I actually think Celtic have a wee bit more work to do than us.
I think we will become more consistent and expect us to improve against the teams that sit in and have killed our season this year like Aberdeen.
Next season will be properly interesting imo.

Is this thread a natural follow on to the Prostrate Probs one?
i had an interesting night last night in the celtic pub behind my house.
A couple of fans who had prob had too much sun and booze were getting more and more animated about lennons merits and about celtic not having won the league yet. THis then essentially turns into a mass brawl spilling out into the street.
Sadly 2 of the boys were stabbed and slashed.
Mental that basically these guys were mates arguing about their own team.
anyway the upshot of this was the street was closed off and nobody was allowed outside the pub. The police wanted to talk to everyone, check cctv and the street had to be photographed. They also had nhs guys out no doubt dna testing.
Was fascinating to watch the whole thing unfold.
Incident happend around 6pm and i wasnt allowed to leave until 11, most unusual excuse for staying in the pub ever.
The poor lad who sparked it all looks like he will be left with a slash mark on each cheek. sort of thing that will follow him his whole life
