Ole's team speech should be easy

He apparently said a lot of these things before the Everton game after the CL fallout. Look what happened. We got the worst performance of the season.

We need to forget this season now. It's over. And we need to look forward to Ole booting out a lot of these fakes.

It would be like that crap Nescafe advert with the sadsack asking people to sit down.

I am Paul Pogba. I will decide if we try against City. After all I am bigger than both you and the Club. Isn't that right Mr Woodwood.

Oh, is Pogba getting the full blame for yesterday? I didn't get the memo.

He seemed to be one of the very few trying to make anything happen.

Didn't watch the match I take it?

This season is over. Europa here we come. And I don't even mind. The CL might paper over the cracks again.

I'm looking forward to a long break from watching this shower of gutless fakes. Ole should get rid of half of them and start the re-build. It's going to take 2-3 years.

No, but a large part of it as he seems to be the designated look at me I am the main man on the pitch. In his World anyway.

And why would you get a memo?

Why are you the only one on this thread who is allowed an opinion?

I just understand that there is more to football than the last result, especially a derby match. Strange that you have never noticed this after going to OT for 3 decades.

Express away, chum. I'll counter it if I feel it deserves countering. this is how forums work.

so you do understand then?

On another football forum I use the main headline of the mailbox sums it up pretty well IMO

‘Man United slackers see Ole as the cool supply teacher’

So there is no more to United current woes (which has been going on since fergie retired) that yesterday's result?

Ole's presser after the game was superb imo

He's going to be successful here and some of the existing players won't be a part of it... Unlike Jose he manages to be critical without singling out or trying to humiliate anyone

He said again about fitness levels meaning he can't play the way he wants.... Which he was hammered on here for yesterday

He's the right person imo... And I couldn't care less who he ships out or if it takes a couple of seasons

I'm sure you could still get decent money selling your ticket for the City, Chelsea and Cardiff games... Why not just start the long break now, season's over and you could make some cash.

Spot on.

This includes the cancer that is Pogba

Bunch of self entitled post millennial pampered pusssies. They only perform to any sort of level when they are being told how amazing they are. Any sort of pressure or adversity then they cower and blame the manager or threaten to leave. Fergie would have put these players in a blender.

Is this addressed at me? If so, I am not sure where you are getting this from.

My reply was to ST85's assumption that the season is over because we lost yesterday to Everton, so therefore will lose to a better side (City). Football doesn't work like that and it is why we get cliches like "form goes out of the window" around this type of game.

I literally said yesterday that we have multiple problems and blaming just the players was as daft as when people blamed just Jose.

Yes there are the previous results too. We've lost 6 in 8. This team decided to turn up for a run of 12/13 games. They've now decided to down tools again.

Now have to win every game to get top 4 including beating City n Chelsea this week. It's over.

I wouldn't even be confident in current form against Huddersfield n Cardiff.

I want the season to be over. Get rid of a lot of these players. They don't deserve to wear that famous crest.

Glad they are going to get 25% automatic wage cuts too. They don't deserve their full wage on this season's evidence.

did you notice when we had 10+ players out. We were good against Arsenal, the rot set in after the FA cup semi. Fatigue, a drop in form and then a drop in confidence all played a part.

Yesterday was a shocking performances, but the "down tools" stuff is just a very, very simplistic view on a very complicated issue.

Ji, while anything can happen in football, common sense dictates that City will destroy us. The very issues that we all agree need fixing for us to be a competitive side won’t be fixed in a 3 day spell.

There’s nothing wrong with a bit of pessimism when there are grounds for it to exist. And for the record I stand to win a huge amount of money if Liverpool win the league so I’d love to live the delusion that we can beat City. Sadly we’re in Moyes territory at the moment - ie so far behind the best two clubs that we can’t expect much.

Yeah, this overreaction to getting beat needs to stop. We're a shambles and it will get worse before it gets better, we all agree about half of the squad needs replaced so expectations should be revised until that takes place.

Unfortunately we have several idiots masquerading as Utd fans who are tugging themselves off at the thought of Solskjaer failing every time we have a poor result.

We started yesterday with Jose's £180m midfield and they couldn't control a kickabout in the playground never mind a premier league match. Even if that somehow got fixed in single window our defence is still a shambles and forward line deficient.

We got beat 4-0 against a team 15pts behind us who we also have a game in hand on. They don't care a jot pal.

Roll on the summer. The sad thing is its becoming that common I've stopped caring as much. Never seen such a gutless bunch of players in my life.

Ji, is it that hard to accept that we have some rotten players at the core of the club who magically performed like world class players the day after Jose left even though there’s no way Ole could have coached that into them in a matter of days?

Then when the spell of the new manager wore off they went back to what we’ve seen?

The most amusing excuse I’ve seen here was that the reason these players don’t seem to be trying is because they’re so unfit from Jose’s reign - which is BS to the extreme. We have guys like Gary Neville saying that he saw players pretending to run in that Barca game.

I doubt very much Ole has ‘it’ but if he is to succeed both the club and the fans have to believe there are some players out there who don’t deserve to wear the shirt
