City to grab the win they need

posted on 23/4/19

Don’t really care about the implications for City or Liverpool. A win gives us the best chance of finishing top 4.

Klopp and co’s comments have been over the top bordering on cringey though.

Think Liverpool will win the league anyway now. Can't see them dropping any points, whilst I suspect City won't win all their games.

From a United point of view, I wouldn't be all that bothered about not finishing in the top 4.

Great to be in it if you can have a chance of winning it, not so great if you're just making up the numbers.

Financially it might be better to miss out as strange as that sounds. Get the wage bill down and hopefully find it easier to get rid of overpaid, overrated players.

Obviously finishing top 4 would make it more attractive to incoming players, but if structures within the club aren't sorted, we could just be on the same path of chucking lots of good money after bad.

I might be alone in this, but I think the europa league nest season might help us long term. I think Ole will promote 4 or 5 from the youth and they are moreikely to get valuable playing time than in the CL.

First time ever that I’ll be hoping we lose.

Win and despite all the rubbish we’ve played recently we are back in the drivers seat for top 4

Lets win 1-0 for 89 minutes and then concede 3 goals by the 94th minute.

With all the consecutive wins they are having to stay top...The straw that will break city's camel's back is not the scenario of losing at OT.

It's Burnley away! best could be a draw but I can not see them wining there.

I’m going tomorrow, and I always want us to win despite any permutations it may mean for other teams...

But there is no way in hell I can see us getting any kind of result with the form we are in.

City to teach us a lesson. 1-4.

Even if we win its still not in our hands but likely if we win last 4 games we will finish top 4.

Even if we take points off City, Liverpool have a very tricky game at Newcastle next week. Both teams might have one slip up left in them

City will win tomorrow but will drop points in one of their last three games. Possibly Leicester.

We could easily win tomorrow and not finish top 4.

I'm fact we can win all of our remaining games and not finish top 4.

Fluky Spurs have got top 4 with another goalkeeping error like Newcastle United game. Eriksen seems to strike fear into goalkeepers and hence he gets lots of goals that should be an easy save.

Hafi, please shut up and learn how football works

I know how football works. Feel for Brighton as they defended near perfect and a shot from like 30yds near the keeper and the keeper reacts too slow and its in. Bit like De Gea recently.

Its Spurs year of lucky wins late on. Also don't know why Brighton last 10 minutes were just hoofing it up the pitch. If they tried to keep possession then Spurs tactics of shooting from range and hoping for a goal would not have materialised.
