Great deal for both clubs, lost his way with Wolves last season for whatever reason but proved before that he is a quality player and too good really for the championship.

He's a great player. Suffered with confidence issues last season which has made him surplus to requirements if we sign a forward, but if you get him back up to speed he will be a great signing for you.

Great first season. Injured toward the end of that first season if I remember correctly, came back around October(?) Second season but never really got into the groove throughout the rest of it though obviously had some excellent games and then was pretty hopeless in the prem and looked a shell of his former self but most concerning was the mental aspect of that to me, he genuinely looked afraid must of the time and eventually didn't get a look in second half of the campaign after multiple chances in the first half of it. We did change system which didn't help an out and out winger though.

If there is one man to help him find his form, it's Bielsa. That's unless he get's injured though his fitness regime.

I think he will come good again at that level so don't think you have much to worry about and Bielsa is a smart man and will surely use him right.

If we can also get a similar deal for Cav that brings in up to £10m that’s a useful contribution to our impending summer spending

8million also being quoted which would seem closer to me given his last two years. So over 10mill total with the loan fee though presumably if they win promotion that fee would be higher.

But Wolves have nicked him from under their noses. Certainly a player to watch out for

AC Milan and Wolves are in talks over a possible swap deal involving Andre Silva and Ruben Neves.

Wolves have been linked with a move for Silva in the recent past given that the player’s agent is Jorge Mendes, a man who the club have close ties to.

Charlton played a pre season friendly against a top flight Romanian team at their Spanish training camp yesterday. One up at half time Charlton were awarded a penalty early in the second half which the Romanians were not happy about. Two of their players were sent off for manhandling the referee, and then the whole team walked off in protest and the game was abandoned.

Have to say I am not rushing to shell out on the new shirt, I did last season and really like our away one , they are a lot of wedge but that amount goes quickly on travel anyway I guess, teed off Man U game on a Monday night
