Thought he wrote some great songs, gave us some brilliant films, and was part of the Travelling Wilburys.
While My Guitar Gently Weeps is probably my favourite Beatles tune
People forget but the Beatles were massive Celtic fans. Get by with a little help from my friends was written about the biased refereeing in Scotland towards the dark side at the time.
But McCartney was the best songwriter/musician.
And Lennon probably the best lyricist.
