On Talksport today they said there is a qualifying round for whoever finishes 4th.

I think the main reason Poch has the hump is that your squad just ran out of puff in the last 5 weeks of the season (Ajax not withstanding) and he knows that the same will happen next season unless Levy gives him a decent budget for the summer window.

I agree with him.

We’ve got out of jail finishing the top 4. Our form since we beat Leicester in February has been woeful and I’m stunned we qualified for the CL. More to do with the ineptitude of Arsenal and Utd than anything else tbh

But when you have to rely on Trippier and Wanyama because there’s no one better what do you expect.
