Pogba is usually Uniteds best player by a distance. He then gets a load of abuse after the game. I can see that effecting almost any player

As a footballer I actually really like Pogba and yes he is a lazy so and so and only plays when he wants to but he is the one and only player that can create something that we have.
However with all this negative energy, negative reports day in day out for the last 18 months it has drained me so much that I actually wouldn’t mind if he now left. We all know within 6 months he would be getting booed at Madrid and if he thinks he was harshly treated on Sunday by a section of united fans then he hasn’t seen nothing yet. If bale, both Ronaldos etc get booed by the Madrid fans then 100% Pogba will get hammered by them and it will give me great pleasure in seeing it

Yeah Madrid is hardly the best place to go if you are sick of receiving abuse from your own supporters

I imagine it's because he's your record signing?

I guess it also depends if Madrid are successful while he's there. He's usually by far Uniteds best player but they're #6th and awful in general so the fans are constantly angry

Best for Pogba and United if he leaves, he's a symbol of what went wrong and he's not exactly a world beater.

He's the flashy player that needs added to an already good team to excel.

If someone like Dele/Eriksen let that Cardiff player run off him and just stood and watched as he crossed for a tap in, I'd be going mad at them too! He's a central midfielder isn't he? Even if he was scoring a worldy a game, how can he be one of your consistently best performers if he does things like that?

Wait till Pogba fails to track a runner in the classico and it leads to a goal. Bit like he did for Cardiff's second on Sunday.

He's a good player with good technical ability but he's lazy and lacks a lot of defensive awareness. We aren't good enough sadly to let him not track back. Too much of a luxury for us. Sell him

Pogba doesn't play box to box very often. When he does, it's because we're playing with a midfield two and usually a complete disaster.

Evra is spot on. Even the most dedicated player will struggle with abuse daily.

Pogba needs to stay

So people have come up with two excuses for individual abuse. His price tag which he had absolutely no control over and his form which has been better than most in that starting line up.

If abuse is to be dished out, it should be to the entire team! I’d never call out a player within ear shot in such a disgusting way. I absolutely HATE watching Lukaku play football but I’ll support him when I’m in the stadium.

No; his most natural role - and the only one he is consistently good in - is on the left side of a midfield three in a number eight role.

He needs a DM in behind him and a B2B on his right doing the leg work.
