Shut the fvck up you melt. For a start I've not done any of that but you????

Crying about milkshake. Crying about this. Pull yourself together man.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Despite the facebook post ralying your fans to give City a special welcome, it's still not your fault.

Some are even saying it's just Milk shake thrown at the bus.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Of cpurse it's not my fault. Stop being an idiot.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So you should not run and cry to the papers when we sing about you lot and not make unnecessary allegations just to win public sympathy after losing the PL.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I havent.

Do you dress yourself or get help?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't live in Liverpool so your question is irrelevant
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Your literally shiitt at this.
City board need a new minister of information.

So now that you all know the song was not referring to Sean Cox, I hope someone among you will contact the Liverpool Echo and pass the correct information to them.

Pi$$ poor attempt to excuse your players

first of all they sang about "battered in the streets" for sure that will be linked to Sean Cox

secondly why were the players singing about Liverpool in their team bus?

Just say it was pi$$ poor from the players and move on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No.
Just pointing out the hypocrisy of Liverpool fans.

Remember "Mr Miyagi" of Barcelona?

That's your fans right there.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fans can be idiots everyone accept that, and in what you mention this guy was reported by fans that know who he is.

These are your players.. there's a marked difference..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our players sing a lot of songs sang at the terrace.
I doubt many actually know the meaning or origin. Rather, it's seen as just something to bond with the fans.

For example, did you see/hear them singing the Yaya Toure song live on Sky? They got that from the fans as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
so you are saying the club haven't advised the players on what is appropriate or not?

Man city should play behind closed doors for their players advocating violence in that song.

But I'm hoping that the FA find an actual punishment.

Where have The Echo claimed the song is about Sean Cox?

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/classless-manchester-city-players-should-16276455

They say ‘many believed the song to be about Sean Cox’. Don’t think they’re going to retract that just because Mancini off the internet says it isn’t.

They also make a very good point about the praise given to City, the players and manager, by Klopp and the Liverpool team after being beaten to the league. Not exactly a nice way to respond is it?

In fairness Guardiola has been just as complimentary about us as Klopp was about them.

You’d hope he’s spoken to his players and backroom staff about this.

Everybody said whoever did that is a cant and should be banned, stop with the whataboutism

Is it really such a big deal, horrific songs get sung all over the country.

Yes it would be better if they weren't but you'll still be here tomorrow and if you're not it won't be because of a song.

tbh, both Liverpool and City should be banned. Liverpool fans have been classless by throwing empty beer bottles at City coaches, and City players for over celebrating beating Liverpool

As much as I like the Liverpool lot on here, I agree Mancini - there's no proof the City players were singing about that at all...

seems to me like a little low blow

Probably, only City ones were stupid enough to post it

It's a lot of greeting over not much this, reaching quite pathetic levels really.

I do remember the outrage from Spurs fans when Jack Wilshere said or sang something following FA Cup final win when they had the parade. He ended up getting a 40k fine.

He was probably singing about Spurs being trophyless but City fans like to sing about a fellow professional getting injured and people getting battered on the streets. Strange behaviour if you ask me.

BREAKING NEWS: A group of young lads that kick a ball about for a living do something daft!

Stupid thing to sing and they have to take the criticism on the chin, but they're celebrating a league win. Everyone's said or done something stupid when with a big group of mates.

I mean Craig Bellamy attacked someone with a gold club at Liverpool FFS.

The faux moral outrage can take a back seat as far as i am concerned no matter who it comes.
