They will take it the independent court of arbitration for sport. They seem to be pretty bullish about doing so.

If UEFA deliver disciplinary action surely the Premier league have to follow this with their own?

^^^ just to add that the quote was from the movie before some people start getting into their high horses.

Maybe you are correct.
A 2 point deduction would serve us right don't you think?

It seems they practically ignored all the evidence and followed through with their objective regardless.

And naming and shaming an individual is also a very stong line to follow as well.

I imagine those sh1thouses at the FA, and premier league are terrified that they might be put in a position where they might have to impose sanctions on City.😀

Depends on who you have sitting in the FA Board and the PL.
If you can't beat us on the field, you can always fall back on the Board Room to inflict maximum damage.

We have committed the ultimate crime of beating Liverpool to the title in their record breaking season.

Not worried.
Just pointing out the corruption that is UEFA who reached a decision and delivered judgement before the conclusion of a case.

The corruption that made them ignore concrete evidence and instead, relied on their warped interpretations of events to punish us by damaging our brand image.

Couldn't give a fluck to be honest, let the FA and prem sort it out.
Just funny listening to the ministry of information talking about dark forces, and unfairness, in regard to governing bodies doing their jobs.😀

I hope they do and expose the lot of them.

It's open season now.

They are trying to destroy a multi-billion dollar business and the owners are not just going to lie low and allow them get away with it.

It's got nothing to do with damaging the 'City Brand'.... whatever that is...it's got to do with you being cheating bar stewards.

Been coming for a long old time this. Been obvious from day 1 that it's been dodgy. The growth you've had is simply impossible without some financial doping. You overtook Arsenal's revenue when they had more seats, more season ticket holders and far more expensive tickets. They also had CL football every year too back then when you passed them. How is that even possible?

It doesn't add up.

Remember when you used to say 7/8 years ago to me 'im sure our club's lawyers know what they're doing' etc.

All I can do is

Personally, I’m more than happy with this development, feels like there’s finally going to be some closure on that.

The statement from the club is brilliant as well, as was the previous one too. There’s certain key words in there that show this isn’t going to be pretty though, for Uefa as well as us.

Aren't they ?
Well there's fluck all they can do about it.
I know your owners are use to restricting freedom of speech, and press freedom generally, and also flogging and stoning people to death in their own country, but they ain't getting away with that in Switzerland.😂

What’s good for you that it’s too late to enforce the CL ban for next season. So if you do get found guilty it’ll give you a whole year to get your house in order.

I really wouldn’t use Arsenal as an example to be fair, google Swiss ramble as he does an excellent breakdown of their finances and history (he’s an arsenal fan himself)
