I agree with the De Gea stance. Cillesen i haven't seen play for a while but he looked lightweight when I saw him which in the Premier League and the physicality is not good

I agree too, but to replace him with cillissen? Just let Romero & Dean Henderson be 1 & 2

Not buying it with Romero. Very good when called upon but there’s a reason why he’s been number 2 wherever he’s gone. Still never really fulfils me with any confidence when he plays

I keep giving Ed grief, however if these reports are true that he is saying no to these ridiculous demands, good on him. Herrera asking for 300k a week my word!

Agree. I've said for a while I dont think De Gea leaving would hurt us as much as people think. At some point we've got to start setting a precedent with these wages or it'll ruin us (more than it has already).

Not sure about Cillesen either though - wonder if he'd come in as a number 2 to Romero.

Of course could all be bollox...we'll see.

That's because of Ed, silly. He gave a player who hardly does anything for us 375k a week.

Honest to god. Think people. Ed is the reason our club is in a mess. And the owners too.

This is why we desperately need to get rid of Sanchez. Can you actually blame any of the players when they see Sanchez on 400k+ a week and they are outperforming him week in week out. Paying him that wage is probably the biggest mistake this club has ever made in the transfer market imo

Is Sanchez the one that got away then?

Got what he wanted and hardly spent anytime on the pitch?

Make no mistake I want him to change his duties, just saying well done he is now saying no

We think this season has been bad. Just you wait for next season.

We've lost a potential captain in Herrera. Our win ratio went down 35% without him this year. Significant player for us despite what some might say.

We're perhaps going to lose our only two world class players in DDG n Pogba too. Pogba obviously not been consistent for us but there's a reason big clubs want him clearly.

If you think this season has been bumpy, just wait till next year. We might fall out of the top 6 entirely. But if it led to the Glazers being forced to sell up, I'd snatch your hand off for that right now.

We won't be going anywhere under this regime. Without Fergie n Gill it's a lost cause.

If it’s true, you’d imagine it’s nothing to do with wages and is playing silly ballacks to force a move. And to be honest, I can’t blame him. He’s the one player we’ve had in all these years of shiiiiiiiit that you can say really does deserve better than this mess.

Got to see sorry for Ole a bit. He's being trusted in turning us around when we're an absolute shambles with an incompetent board, our actual leader on the pitch Herrera has left on a free and our two best players are probably going too.

I don't see this ending well at all. In fact I can see lots of anger and protests coming again next season.

Certainly isn't very appealing to new players when you're not in the CL and the talk is your two best players are leaving.

I feel for Ole I really do. This job will be too big for him. The way things look Fergie would have his work cut out even.

I'm not blaming any more managers though. We need new ownership and a new competent CEO before we can kick on again.

No Fear! I read a stat the other day if you are in your mid 20s and support united, you have celebrated a premier league trophy every 24 months. It is ridiculous how everyone is losing their heads. We are going through a tough time- it is time to be a fan and roll with the club during these tough times. When we get back to the top (which I have no doubt we will), it will be very sweet.
