Interesting article. The knee is a strange joint, When I was 19 I had bone fragments at the back of kneecap and continual dislocation if I walked more than 100 yards. Opted not to go under the knife, gave up serious running... and with physio, including ultrasound eventually around four years later the fragments had powdered and the joint was moving again. Giving up the running stopped the muscular pulls around the knee too.
Sometimes the doctors are possibly too quick to proclaim doom and gloom
Completely agree Admin, as long as he doesn't go bonkers and get it swelling up he'll be spot on. There's a bunch of vids of him sparring and doing pads on facebook. Cant wait for this as been waiting 2 years now ha ha
