As for wishing Derby well Igor. On the one hand I don’t like this Villa side, the manager’s a sour whinging tw*t, he has John Terry as an assistant, the team are at referees and opposing players the whole time... Grealish diving all over the place, Hourihane needs a good slap.

Unfortunately they’re a good side, and if I’m honest, I think they’d be more of a promotion threat than you guys next year, though i’d expect you to be up there too.

Totally agree promo, too many Leeds fan's settle for second best. Sport is about winning not just competing, but it's the British mentality I'm afraid.

Bit ironic that both she’d utd and Debra who pipped us had English managers and very British way of playing.

And the England pound for pound probably along with Australia the two best sporting nation

And that’s with poor weather for half the year.

In other words your talking like a Kant

I'm talking about the supporter's mentality.

There could only be 2 posters that could argue with what has gone on at Leeds United this season!..

Sad, I wonder if the Muppet show needs any new Muppet's because there seems to be 2 running free!..

beilsa took us from 13th to 3rd but we should look at him as if he was a failure because he didn't get it over the final hurdle. moronic.

sport isn't about winning. its about competing and trying to win. you sound like an american ( there's no second place just first loser. ) in the whole world of football every year there's not many winners.

Nothing wrong with a winners mentality. In some cases second is great, but most of the time, first is first and second is nowhere.

not saying there's something wrong with a winners mentality, you can have one but not win. like i said there's very few winners in football. this year second would have taken us a lot higher than nowhere.

Such rubbish that you can put it down since the new year.

You had the last 4 games to easily cross the line, that's when you blew it, Wigan especially.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, you keep Marcelo, you walk it next season and then probably better prepared for it.

I've watchied the full game several times and the 2nd goal was really crucial, if the deflected Keogh header had to have being a foot less, it would be a villa, Leeds final.

As many have said on here to do what he has done with a similar squad to last season and to change a mindset without it being his first language was scary to the rest of us and knowing how difficult this league is, there were times I wished it was you that went up auto and take our chances against Sheff Utd.

As it turned out, what Liverpool and Spurs did probably helped but you still need that fall of the ball and we got it.

Go again lads because it will happen and when it does the PL no matter what fans of other clubs say, you are PL fans.

Btw not in the mood to do all the bantz again next season so don't be shy to wish us well
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hmmmm .. well OK then, Igor, in view of that excellent post I'll wish you well

But .. when Bamford got booked for a dive .. we should have had a penalty!

Close up/slo-mo shows your guy kneed Bamford in the back of the thigh, deliberately and sneakily, hard one for a ref to spot ..

Nothing to be done about it now . good luck vs Villa

that we did but we still made progress from last years sh!t show.

Bielsa's target at the start of the season was to reach the playoffs. He narrowly missed autos and finished 3rd. This compared to finishing 13th last season and with basically the same players. I would suggest he has worked a minor miracle. We have played great football that's been a pleasure to watch with a threadbare squad. With better backing to address our weaknesses, namely in converting chances to goals, I believe we will nail autos next season.

Failure? Some people talk utter bollox!

Kept Wood and signed James in January and maybe even either you would be PL now.

That's not Bielsa, that's the hierarchy.

Bielsa has been such a breath of fresh air to the championship compared to the likes of Pulis, Rowett et al, hope he stays.

Btw I think Frank like it or not and the Swansea coach try to play expansive football in a league that is usally considered get out of it by any means possible, ie negative.

Wilder deserved the manager of the year for the double promotion but they will struggle.

Wood refused to play after Burnley came in for him, and that was season before last.

It was the Swansea hierarchy who shafted the James deal.

Wilder didn't do a double promotion, they were in the Championship last year. Thought you may have noticed as they played you twice.

Apart from that, spot on.

I knew as soon as I typed that I'd be pulled up on it, fair enough but he did get them a double promotion with a consoladation season but they did knock at the door last season.

Swansea were well within their rights then to pull the plug, at the end of the season they still had a chance.

As for Wood, I got that one badly wrong but I still have had (wood) since Wednesday and Burnley brightly.

Apart from that, spot on.

Not really. Swansea's owner agreed a deal with Leeds for James. Their employee, Huw Jenkins, wanted to stick two fingers up at them before he quit/got sacked.

He let James travel to Leeds for 3 days. Contract sorted, medical sorted. Then he turned his phone off and let the poor f#cker kick his heels at ER from 3pm till deadline.

It was a disgraceful way to treat a player. If you think that was the fault of Leeds then you're wrong too. And Swansea didn't pull the plug it was a rogue employee.

If you're allowed consolidation periods between promotions Warnock must have won loads of manager of the year awards. And I mean out of all the leagues, not some $hite 3rd tier Notts County bollox.

I still haven't figured our your comment about expansive football. Are you really suggesting Derby and Swansea were the only teams to play this in the Championship? 'cause that'd be total bollox too.

You're a clown. A playoff final clown maybe, but still a clown.

I'm not sure either, but why refer to just Derby and Swansea? And he isn't spot on with the most of what he posted, he's even admitted that himself.
