Pep reminds me of Wenger when he first arrived, simply way ahead of his peers but not well understood by the environment and culture in which he would work in.
Remember Neville banged on about how small technical players wouldn't make it in the domestic game. His methods are also difficult to replicate especially without good players
Obviously Pep is way better than Wenger but that single mindedness to do things their own way.Klopp is another but the difference between Klopp and Pep is the winning mentality.I just feel Pep demands more and subsequently gets more.Obviously Peps methods are not as sustainable as Klopps but like Fergie Klopp wont win as many trophies as Pep, or Mourinho, thats just obvious
Klopp is willing to grow teams organically the same way Wenger did.

By spending world record fees on a defender and goalkeeper?
How many of Liverpool's starting 11 came through the academy?
Klopp did what any reasonable manager would do - get rid of dead wood and invest in the playing squad. It's not rocket science.
