Now hearing that someone who jointed the queue at 10.30pm last night didn't get a ticket.

So I'm hearing that of the hundreds queuing overnight, only around 80 people actually got into the shop before it was sold out.

That’s was a queue that was just the homeless

It's OK you can go in the home end in Paisley, seeing as you don't even live in Dundee, so they won't be suspicious if you give your address. As the man above was saying, there will be very few United fans who would be able to give an address as they are all homeless. Hopefully.

I went into the shop yesterday to collect my ticket for Thursday - got there about three thirty and there was a guy outside “queuing” for the shop opening this morning! Crazy. Surprised so many people queued after the match on Friday night, your season ticket seat was reserved until Monday afternoon so all you had to do was go online and book it (which I did!)

Started phoning this morning at 0900, presses redial over 200 times and didn’t even get into a telephone queue. Boozer it is for me on Sunday, Dundee schools are off on Monday too so I can have a few scoops!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm assuming most of the people who queued on Friday night live out of the town. That's why I queued anyway as I wasn't sure if i'd be able to pick them up before the game.

I think there will be a few away fans in the home end at both games.

Yeah I guess so, trying to collect them on Thursday before KO would be a nightmare I reckon. Don’t know whether to say this or not, but for two quid they would’ve posted them to you! Anyway, there’s a serious amount of seethe online about it. I think the club was in a lose lose position with tickets - they only got them yesterday and they haven’t had a loyalty scheme operating for the season, it was never going to be easy. Just need to make sure Tannadice is as noisy on Thursday as it was on Friday for the ICT match.

Do United have a plastic pitch?

If they don't then I don't really care who is in the league between them and St Mirren next season.

It would be a shame for Dundee to not have at least one team in the top league I suppose.

Obviously living in Aberdeen has rubbed off on me, I grudge the two pound

I see that there's a season ticket event on tonight(?) with a Q&A. I'm sure this might be raised as an issue with the board

Haha yes I can imagine it’ll be a hot topic! As frustrating as it is not getting a ticket, it’s fantastic to see the appetite for the matches from both sets of fans.

It’s amazing just how desperate both teams are to avoid being in a league with Dundee next season. Scared even. Are Dundee that good? Yes, but there’s still the play off spots to play for.

If you lose heavily you will seriously regret having let Moshni go.

He would be the only one really capable of taking it to those paisley koontangs at the full time whistle

I hope and expect United to be well up for this and it to be an entertaining couple of games. Being out of the top division hurts when you have been used to it as well rangers fans know.

I'd like to see United back up and hopefully give them a few overdue batterings.

Shame to lose st mirren but for me United are a loss from the division

Hello. How about Dundee?

Got my tickets today for the home game. Actually looking forward to a United game for the first time in ages. Can't wait to see how they'll disappoint me.

Hope United make it but will be disappointed that it will be at the expense of St Mirren and not Hamilton.
