Lorralorimer - I was thinking something similar. It's not that we need old bodies but an old head or two. Someone with leadership qualities who can be Bielsa's man on the pitch, organising, cajoling and maintaining discipline when things are not going to plan. We had too many sendings off and too many games where the wheels fell off.

Cheers Jack, I have to admit, when I was as young as most of the cynics on here appear to be, I also thought anyone over 30 was only fit for the knackers yard.
