The reason Corbyn isn't as popular as he should be is precisely because he is 'too socialist' which isn't what most want as far as I can see.
They want a left of centre labour party, who would preserve and enhance the mix between state owned and privately owned.
Make sure the NHS is properly funded, that benefits are appropriate, and diminishes the gap between rich and poor.
Claims of antisemitism, meeting possible terrorists does not help, nor does Diane Abbot mixing up all the figures on the radio.
They need a good, TV friendly leader, who appears normal, intelligent, kind and they would sweep the board. A young Shirley Williams would have been perfect.
