Two good players but can’t see either coming to us.
Brooks looks quality ,and will become a very good player. I wouldn’t worry about any ‘marquee ‘ signings after the lack of business in previous windows ,good players like this would definitely improve the squad and events the first 11.
They aren't bad players. Wilson should be an upgrade on Llorente and Brooks is one for the future.
I would be happy for this to take place. We need to show we're doing something at least for the sake of keeping Poch.
Brookes is a really good player.

£80 million on two Bournemouth Players.
Honestly does anybody seriously believe this sort of nonsense.

Money spent on lamela years ago and the last 2 or 3 strikers bought, seems good value if true.
I'm not sure any of their players are consistent enough to command that sort of fee. You never know from one game to the next which Bournemouth are going to turn up and their performance against our 9 men was diabolical.
Would take both but at half that valuation
Neither would get in the first XI when we could sign a CM for 80mill who will improve us

It's when you try to buy English players that you realise how much their prices is inflated compared with similar levels foreign players, unfortunately
The plus point is both of them have premier league experience.
Brooks is a very exciting English prospect so he'll cost a bit.

He’s Welsh.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He’s actually English as born in Warrington. Just plays for the welsh national side due to his mother being welsh ( so he’s actually half and half )
Would we rather spend the whole £80m on Zaha, or get these 2, if there was a choice?

A lot of foreign players are vastly overpriced as well. Spurs have brought some really duff ones, as has every other club in the Prem for really inflated prices.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah I might go with that, just cause I think he'd have more impact than either of those other players.
Spurs need one really stella central midfielder for say £100 million if available, and a right back for say £40 million also if available, just for starters, to go straight into the first XI. Spending £80 million on a couple of squad players would be a waste of valueable resources.

He would fit in well at Spurs if he manages that many games.
Brooks... yes definitely... very good player.. good price for a 21 year old..
Wilson... no... not worth £40m... not good enough either!!
