South Africa should win this. That will put them above Pakistan who have beaten England and battled Australia to the end to lose narrowly. South Africa have been atrocious but will be 2 pts off 4th! Crazy game

Before the start of the tournament I had said this is an excellent format. Will be very closely fought and will keep fans interested as it will give a chance for teams to make a come back.

Unfortunately within the first 2 weeks this happened, but for all the wrong reasons. Seems like rain is dictating which team will get through at the end. Tomorrow is another certain washout and ECB despite being rich can’t afford to cover the whole ground. Teams like SL are able to do that, but surprisingly ECB only cover the main wicket and the square. Even if there is no further rain from now till the start tomorrow, we are likely to see a delayed start due to wet outfield.

Why there isnt full pitch covers in 2019 is scandalous.
Surely it isnt that expensive. This is the world cup and we look like mugs in this case

Not really we supposedly have state of the art super soakers which can absorb the water in minutes. Problem is that in those games it has never stopped raining.

Covering the whole pitch still leaves alot of moisture underneath which will make the lush English green a trip Hazard.

We probably needed to win tomorrow regardless. We still have to make up the point we lost against Sri Lanka.

You've got South Africa, New Zealand, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. 3 of those 4 are very winable.
New Zealand could go either way. That point tomorrow could be valuable

For a neutral, today's game is mouthwatering. I'm hungover from yesterday and this is exactly the medicine I need.

India firm favourites but you just never know what Pakistan will turn up. Plus its one of those games where form etc is not that important.

Pakistan have only won 1 toss against India in World Cups, back in 2003. In all Pak/India WC matches

Come on India, give the 1 coin toss win at least ffs....
