Another bad game for Jorginho doubters. Two major finals this year and he turned up in both of them.
But the lion's share of the praise rightfully goes to those two. Christensen was that calming presence we saw on his full Chelsea debut when he locked down Kane, and when push came to shove Giroud just wanted it more than Auba & Laca.
Hazard was pretty anonymous in the first half and looked as if hed already signed for real , woke up after the break. Pedro was again good most of the game but i think the player who performed at their best was Azpi has been down for a while but was great yesterday.

I thought Jorghino was excellent. His positioning and the amount of times he nicked the ball was very good.

Agree with this. I have been critical of him at times (like a lot of others) this season but over the last few months he has been exceptional. Just needs to beef up his tackling a little bit with a bit more strength and I am perfectly happy with him.
Giroud was motm for me
Opening goal and assisted the goal that finished the contest
Very pleased with and for AC last night,I thought he was outstanding,he seems to have matured, and realises he can be a great player for us in the future.
Also Dave gave a true captains performance, well done Dave.
OG scored a brilliant goal, just when i was getting edgy.
Kepa looked nervy though to start with, but he's still young ,and again he's for the future.
No complaints overall,well done lads.
And best of all, DT loses his sh!t on his ArsenalFanTV rant when someone dares to assert, 100% correctly, that Arsenal's misery is good for his views
I thought Kovacic really grew into the game as well.
I don’t think Emerson getting enough credit for last night as well..assisted first goal which started the good performance second half, won the ball high press for third goal I think, in general his pace and overlapping runs suits the flow of our game

Seems like only yesterday that OG was utd top scorer.

The final against City he was brilliant defensively, I was wary he didn't offer enough going forward but as his confidence has grown (with more minutes) so has his attacking threat.

Nah he was very poor defensively. Got beaten a few times with ease and was caught out of position a lot. Going forward he was good always gave Hazard the option to play it wide.
Even his cross for Giroud wasn’t great but what a header.
The main question still remains...what the fack happened to Arsenal...so never turned up, despite needing this so much more than us...it was disgraceful from them really, given the players we had missing
