Not having any English speaking players is probably not helping with communication in the team. Kos has never been captain material and there really isn't anyone that could do it.
Days are gone of Adams or Vieira type or even a Kompany. We need a tough nut someone with a pair of ballacks.

Pretty sure I've seen Ozil captain Arsenal this year ??? You guys are such a mess I dunno where to start. Would have thought Ramsey might have made a good captain but you facked that up too
