I remember a certain Jermaine Beckford stating a similar 'whose shirt am I wearing bruv' loyalty pledge.
Until we get a £15 Mill offer & he gets £ 40k a week ..........

Bates offered JB the same terms as his original contract when he was signed as a non-League player.
Can't blame him for leaving after being treated so poorly.

He is quoted as saying that he will stay unless the club wants to sell him.
I get the impression that Jansson really does love the club and the city. I think he was just as gutted when we failed to beat Derby as any fan. It’s a pity he wasn’t brought on as a sub for Berardi. We might just have turned things around with 11 men on the field as we were fighting back at the point Berardi was sent off.

Which we wont
Pontus has been a great addition to LUFC but I have to say the season he was here , thought Kyle Bartley was the best of the pairing and brought the best out of Pontus.
Naive, it’s not unusual on here.
Let’s spend spend spend
Failed in January pay the penalty forever
"Can't blame him for leaving after being treated so poorly."
Bates wouldn't know how to treat his toilet paper!.
Wilko,
I totally agree with your comments about Bartley.
I thought that that season under Monk, he was the glue that held the entire back four together and made them all look better than they have done since.
Was gutted when he signed for West Brom.
He reads the game so well and seems so much calmer than Pontus.... as much as I like him.
Going out on a bit of a limb here, but...
If Pontus, Alioski, KP, and Pabs stay, I'll be well happy.
We missed Pontus & Alioski when injured.
And KP under Messiah is mental good.
And Pabs is just a true pro and technical genius.
The more distance we put between us and that
Derby sh . 1 Te, the more I think injuries did us in.
Add in, I can't wait to see Roberts, Shacks, and
Clarke next season (in our shirt obviously).

Oh yes of course, foota folk always say do what they say.
Remember David O'leary on camera saying. ' I will not be the next Leeds manager, why would I ?'do that
I have no doubt he will stay but I will wait until the end of the xfer window before I stop worrying about any of our best players leaving.
15 mil would be a good deal for us but I cant see us getting it myself. Then again, Maguire going for 90 means that Jansson could fetch 60
If he leaves we will need 2 new CB's
We need at least 1 now as it was a position we were really short in last season
Barbet is available on a free and Brentford defenders are always good. That's one defender that wont even scratch a Jansson fee.
Not the worst shout you have ever made Shaun.
Would be a decent player, I believe he did a stint at left back for them too, which could be useful for us and would fit into the bielsa likes players who are versatile type player.
Bartley has flopped at WBA though by the sound of it.
Whilst our CBs both got in the PFA TotY.
