An agreement had already been reached between QSI & Leeds United for the acquisition of units (10 %) in the Club on May 16, 2019. Agreement (not a purchase) finalized today in Doha by Andrea Radrizzani, owner of the English club, & Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, President QSI.
PSG buy players, we loan them to buy?
Myanmar?
Qatar?
How do the fans feel about this?

Apologies Germany - I didn't read the other thread you mention, I just looked to see if there were any others about this topic.
In any case, it probably deserves a thread of its own.
No need to apologies, if I'd wanted I could have started something myself but didn't!..
Like I said, when I posted I thought someone would do it!.
Time wasting ploy no doubt. We love a transfer window smokescreen.
Another clear sign that AR is unable to fund the club properly, an owner who had financially sound plans would be selling off chunk after chunk of the club.
AR HAS to look st the spending on players and the huge costs of recruitment involved as it is this that has crippled the club.
It’s like driving a car that’s leaking fuel and instead of fixing the leak you just get a loan to pay for more fuel.
I really hate the idea of trying to base our success in more and more loans of players from other clubs that are part of a network. We’ve seen absolutely zero benefit of that so far from aspire connections.
Money talks above any sort of moral compass these days abd unfortunately its countries like Qatar that have the money.
I wouldn't want to have Qatar money fund our football team. But this is the the game that English football have created - unless you're funded by billionaires or were already one of the top clubs, you can't compete.
Best, agreed and so it boils down to what is it you actually support?
Your team?
Your history?
Your location?
The sponsors?
The owners?
Rollerball was quite prophetic.
It remains to be seen whether the investment will merely be petrol or whether we buy a new set of tyres. The 49ers money looks like it only ever covered admin losses and wages for players we don’t want anymore
I do get the morality bit. But as others have hinted, without some billionaire, that is what it generally takes these days, you’ll be loafing around the lower parts of the prem at best in reality.
If we’re to accept that then we stick with owners, whoever they maybe, who have limited funds, try there best, but we exist as a side making up the numbers,& probably yo-yoing between leagues.
I would take even being a yo yo club.right now it feels more like being a brick on a piece of string.

I think I would too in truth. It’s not a lack of ambition at all, just the harsh reality of modern footy in England.
Sat here in the sun since reading JLAs earlier post wondering where I am with who funds us. 🙄
What would you like Radz to do then Jonty seen as he has admitted he doesn't have an endless pot of money?
Would you like him not to look for investment?
I want to be like Man City
Sell sell sell!
We gonna be called PSGeeds or PSLeeds
I don't mind loans provided they are good ones.
Loans really worked well for Villa and Sheff U this season.
We generally seem to get loan players that are rubbish when we have them, but go on to be world beaters. Could do with a few that are the real deal from the start.
VOF totally agree.. I’ve read a lot of contradiction on here at times..
“We want new owners, radz is skint’ then “well it’s totally morally wrong on this money in football”
What do they want?
A clean living billionaire who rescues cats from trees, is a Leeds fan, and doesn’t have any other business interests what so ever!
Good luck with that
