We should get Walcott and Wilshere back
On paper looks a pretty weak squad but a couple of really good additions could improve the players around them as well.
I think Arsenal will be well in the mix still for top four as I see tough seasons again for United and Chelsea (and possibly Spurs if they don't adequately replace leaving players)
Building from the back has to be the priority.
DJ is right. Wage bill rule has no much to do with actual turnover. It is solely based on previous year in the PL.
Funny fact is that the newly promoted team could have an increase of more than 100% and still be within the rule.
As for Arsenal, I've read that we have far more head space than we think since last season wage would have also include Wenger's final payment.
Positive news, IEWT.
Heard City included all their ex managers ongoing wage payments when the rule first came in allowing them to have a massive advantage on the rest. You would have thought it was players wages only, really.

Yeah, AFC should learn few tips from City's lawyers. King at finding loopholes.

Wages are limited by PL rules limiting a club to a 7% rise each year.
By losing so many big earners we have a lot of wages available.

if we can get rid of Ozil and Mkhi we'll have alot of available wages arent they on something like a combinded 500k/week?
Who will pay those wages?

Wages can be increased by more but not from PL funds. It has to come from other sources and every other club seems capable of increasing the wages from commercial sources when they want to. Its only Arsenal who are using the rules to limit themselves.
