Betis make a 20% sell on fee on profit.

Loan fee is around £16m which leaves approx £40m.

Betis bought him for around £25m so PSG get 20% of £15m = £3m

I thought the sell on clause is always on the sale value but fair enough. In any case, I think the deal is structured to keep up front funds available for Dybala as opposed to saving £3m odd from sell on fee.
