They already have two of our players, didn’t think you could loan more than that from one team

Annoying that clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea have young talent bursting out from everywhere yet we’re stuck with the same old every week.

Let the man settle down. He hasn't even unpacked yet to be getting emotional in a goodbye post. He might even send a DM

We have young talented players too. We match up well with them in the youth leagues.

Onomah was one of the best Cms in his age bracket, so much so he had the opportunity to leave us and go join city for a lot of money. Poor management killed him by playing him wide.

Edwards one of the best wingers in his age group but again bad management and by all accounts bad attitude killed him too.

KWP was the top rated RB of his age group. The go to England youth full back. Stagnant and now looking to get his career going.

Tanganga, Skipp & Parrott all top rated players

Probably took the booing from our idiotic fans to heart. Couldn't give a monkeys about a goodbye if I am honest. Good luck him though!

Compare them to the like of Saka, Martinelli and Guendouzi. Tanganga defo has a future. Imo Parrot and Skipp not physically ready yet and huge question marks against them. Sadly for me the gooners have better youth players. Granted Martinelli and Guendouzi were brought but Sako is a stand out. Makes me sad.

Really Gedson comes good and evolves the right way. Same goes for Sess too.

Martinelli and Guendouzi were bought into the club so they’d stack up against Sessegnon & Gedson like you say so don’t really count.

Difference is other team young players have had plenty more chances than ours either on loan or in cup competitions.

Like I put our academy sided match up well with all the other big teams.

Well yeah that’s kinda what I meant, first team opportunities are very limited. Even under Poch there wasn’t many on the cusp of breaking through.

#THFC full-back Kyle Walker-Peters set to join #SaintsFC on loan for the rest of the season. Deal wouldn't include option to purchase by the sounds of things. The 22-year-old will get much-needed minutes at St Mary's (even more if Saints cash in on Cedric before the deadline)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In theory that's potentially good news for Spurs, but it feels more like delaying the inevitable... oh well, I suppose at least if he does well at Southampton then that means Levy can ask for more cash in the summer
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Benfica could do the same with Gedson as well ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs have an option on Gedson. That's the point...

Hoping Luke Amos comes good. Be interested to know how he has performed this season. Think I read you saying once he could be the DM we need?

Good point about the playing time but I do think apart from Tanganga alot of our youth just aren't good enough...yet. This could be highlighted by the lack of bench time never mind playing time. Wonder if Jose and Poch before him never really thought or thinks Skipp won't make it? He needs a loan as well to prove himself.

Thing is tanganga would’ve been added to the not good enough list if he didn’t get a huge slice of luck by Eyoma getting injured and him taking his spot on tour.

Our U23s have beat Liverpool U23s twice this season yet most of them played and won v Everton.

No doubt we have a lot of rubbish clogging up at the U23 level too though but our 18s have loads of talent.

Amos has been excellent for QPR. One the top performing DMs in the league. I think though he’ll be sold or maybe used in part of a desk for Eze.

So many need loaning out as they need proper football experience

Tottenham have made an inquiry for Olivier Giroud. He’s a possibility as Krzysztof Piatek (still no agreement with AC Milan) - Chelsea are not convinced yet to sell him to Spurs.

Bergwijn will sign his contract as new Tottenham player on next hours. Here we go! ⚪️ #THFC #CFC

I think the £10m for a striker had come about because we want to loan Piatek with a option so offering the £10m as a loan fee

It does feel like a figure made up by a paper claiming inside knowledge. There's no way Spurs (or any club) would ever reveal the exact amount they have to spend.
