Not totally true. Saved that penalty in the last minute against Reading which gave us 3 points rather than one.
BPF clearly being badly advised by his agent or someone close to him. He's made solid progress but there's a reason he wasn't first choice in the latter part of the season.
I don't like players making ultimatums, they should in the team on merit.
Interesting to see who takes him on. His attempts at being loaned out weren't very fruitful.
Throw him the No 1 kit in a bag. If he catches it rather than missing it or punching it to an onlooker then he gets to wear it.

Was told he’d get contract extension 2 weeks ago, hasn’t happened.

I haven’t seen anything from Casilla to demonstrate he is foundation we need for promotion, but we have seen us get to top spot and stay there for long time with BPF in side. Which one has more potential to improve, the 22 year old or the 32 year old?

Little faith in bpf. Everyone thought blackman would take number 1 spot, then Bielsa said he would drop bpf then club brought in a replacement.
It doesn’t feel like it will work out for him with us, but we really have to be careful as we have Casilla on big wage and if we lose both then were severely wearing an already thin squad.
If he does go then wish the lad all the best for the future. Makings of a good goalkeeper there.

Who on Earth sanctioned that we make a goalkeeper our top earning player? We're spending over £30k per week as a Championship club on a goalkeeper ffs! On a four year contract to boot. Utter madness! He's not even that good and has proved that there is a communication problem between him and our back four. Is this the work of our recruitment genius Orta? What must players like Roofe, who are infinitely more valuable to the team be thinking?
Put a bloke in charge of a football club who hasn’t got a clue about how to run a football club then give him a man to burn his money and your end result is a club with biggest organic revenues in league making ever greater losses each year.

Absolutely ridiculous that a player needs to speak to the press regarding false contract promises.
Look at it from BPF angle. He was part of a side that was top of the league and got called up to play international football. He was the replaced by someone on possibly 3-6 times more money than he is earning and play considerably worse and one of the big reasons why the season ended in disappointment.
BPF isn’t a bad keeper and has potential to improve further.
Calls for Miazek are somewhat desperate. Assume most people on here are referring to the one good game he had at the end of the season as opposed to the fact Miazek often didn’t play for the U23s.

Can't blame BPF, he has been treated very badly - I totally agree with Jonty for a change. BPF was in the side when were in top form until that clown keeper from Spain arrived to upset the balance and not speaking English is very bad for our defence - BPF was a very confident and articulate guy(notice his interviews) - I know he made mistakes but not like that idiot Kiko who kind of cost us a place in the final...Keep BPF, he's young hungry and has potential and give him another chance I say.

One thing's for sure......he'll not get any more.
Apparently three top flight Spanish teams are in for casilla.
He will leave.
That brings up an interesting situation, because we will need to sign another keeper, we cant go in with just bpf and the two youth keepers.
That means we would need to bring in a keeper, and if we do that we should 100% bring in a keeper better than BPF, regardless of what you think of him, there is no point in bringing in a player weaker than the one we have.
Which then means BPF isint guaranteed a first team place, which then means you have to bring in two keepers rather than just one.
I said before, there are more good keepers then there are teams out there.
