Also I saw Nina Conti at a dinner last year - she does the ventriloquist talking face mask routine that other folk are nicking these days.
It was actually quite funny live and worth noting she is actually a bit of a wee sauce pot in the flesh.

Kathyrn Ryan and Sarah Pascoe, no point as you don't listen to the jokes just keep wondering if you would or wouldn't
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Katherine Ryan - would
Pascoe - not sure, agree with the wondering
Aisling Bea - would
All 3 not funny though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
100% on Ryan and Bea. I actually think Ryan is funny
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree completely on these two.
I watched one of Kathryn Ryans stand up shows the other day on you tube - she is actually very clever in a some of the stuff she does.
Plus she has tremendous bangers that she often likes to display with pride
Like Dylan Moran, Jim Jeffries (although he kinda peaked with his gun control routine) and I did quite like some of Louis CKs stuff before his 'hobbies' were made public.
For after dinner speakers - I have seen John Gaghan a few times. Utter madman who is actually very funny at times.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Iliza Shlesinger is the hottest female comedian by a distance and very funny as well. Personally always had a thing for Sarah Silverman.
Kevin Bridges is absolutely 💩.
Paul Sinna (i think that’s his surname), the white suited chaser from the Chase.
Kathryn Ryans is decent imho as is Jo Brand.
Sounds like none of you like comedy

Agreed
best comedians out just are Theo Von, Chris D'elia and Bill Burr
Tight jeans and guyliner are usually good warning signs a comedian is going to be pash.
Chris Rock is a comedian. Russell Howard is not.
Noones said him yet but my favourite comedian is Jon Richardson
Also think Frankie Boyle is funny as fack, as well as Jimmy Carr
Russel Howard was funny but he got carried away with his happy clappy virtue signalling nonsense

I like Stewart Lee.
Mind you, I am terribly clever.
Yeah I went through an SJW phase
But in the past week I've abused 3 people off the site

sounds a bit like yourself on 606 m8

Hey. If you two have got a ‘beef’ then take it to your own ‘patch’.
Not really. Take your tops off and wrestle.
That sounds like the sort of gay stuff Pete loves
He wouldn't be so keen on seeing my tiits however
Alan Davies - enjoy him to an extent on QI but my goodness he was brutal in a stand-up I saw him in. Unfunny, and more than anything else, just boring. And this is from someone who is a hooore for comedy, I'll give almost anyone a laugh if they stand on stage and tell a joke.

Bill Burr's stand up Netflix specials are very good.
Anthony Jeselnik is decent and sick.

I think he went downhill when he started shouting all the time as if that made him more funny. Nothing to do with him virtue signalling.

Fair enough, I didn't notice the shouting but stopped watching him when it felt like everything he did was lovey dovey or banging on about how much he hates bullying
