Changing things individually to try and make a macro change (eg. Veganism to stop climate change, not buying plastic items to stop plastic in the sea, not buying battery hen eggs to try and put battery farms out of existence) is naive in thinking there is any quantitative impact you will have on what you will achieve and it is more virtue signalling and actuallly quite lazy to do it under that guise. If you’re well aware the impact you can have on things like that is literally nonexistent and you’re just doing it to symbolise your view then fair enough. But the only way things like that can change, such big issues, is change from the top. And so I actually rate the protestors urging our government to consider the environment more than one person deciding they’re not going to get 500g of red meat from Tesco’s every week.

Sturridge may be one of the most underrated English talents ever. Or if not that perhaps someone with the highest potential who we were never lucky enough to see. I am disappointed there wasn’t more..appreciation when he was leaving Liverpool.

I get upset when the other team gets their chance to kick off a half of football.

People who poke fun at other people's moral behaviours (such as veganism or the effect of plastic on the environment) whilst stating that they can't influence anything as an individual; so as to justify their own morality.

Those who don't beat their wife because they want women around the world to be treated better. Just not beating your own wife is not going to change anything.

Lukaku is a top class striker. His goal record for Everton and Belgium proves it, Manchester United don't play to his strengths. He's one of the most underrated players in the world.

Agree with this, Americans I've met on my travels have been some of the most polite people I've ever met.
