Jeez Germany, aren't you in the wrong place? - I thought we had to criticize what Radz has for breakfast ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I hear he's a Coco Pops man. Can't be trusted.
Lubo... you're so wrong, he's porridge and too much sugar man.. its been confirmed by the club, I'm not going to tell you my source though in case you call me out on it, in fact, you're getting filtered son !!
Why is it, pretty much every thread descends into stupid posts like this from the same person?
Genuine question Spanish, what exactly are you hoping to achieve by these posts?

well I can tell you this Germany... Radz had an extra spoon full of sugar on his porridge this morning... what an utter disgrace!! - it has to raise the following questions:
1. If Radz doesn't care about his own diet, how can he possibly care about Leeds United?
2. that sugar, has been produced and exported from a third world country, he clearly has no feelings what so ever, these poor children forced to harvest the sugar cane.
he is a horrible man, he should sell to Mary Poppins - she knows how to run a football club."
Funny I read that and had Eric in my head!.

Eric - Jeez... well I've heard it all now haha

I'm guessing humour ............ on an otherwise dull, boring and rain generated miserable day?!?!?!?
But it’s not humour vof, it’s continual sniping just as Eric used to do, abd it’s pretty much every day.
Genuinely want to understand what Spanish hopes to achieve by those sorts of posts.
seriously Jonty.. who am I sniping at mate? - its just a little joke, that had nothing what so ever to do with you.
if you're taking it personally, that's your doing - if the cap fits etc... lighten up a little.
I don’t care who it’s aimed st but it’s just continual sniping from yourself, no co incidence you got compared to eric.
oh stop crying Frank Lampard !!
Chief Sniper criticising others for Sniping.
The caricature strikes again.
Its disappointing we dont seem to have the clout of other clubs but I dont want to put too much blame on the owner. There are rules we need to work within.
Top level championship players cost 25-30k a week. 10 years ago a top championship player was 10-15k a week. With wage inflation from parachute payments it is only getting harder.
Investing in youth is a good long term strategy and is what we are doing.
I don't believe AR will spend much as he's working to a budget. FFP or whatever it's now referred to can't be ignored.
My point on another thread was whoever buys the club or provides additional investment to the existing ownership is going to see that money generate oodles of cash for players.
Our revenue might be high but so are our costs, rightly or wrongly. Making a loss might be inevitable, before player sales, and I agree there's been unecessary wastage.
That said, we are more financially sound as a business than at any other time since the meltdown under Ridsdale.
To accommodate everything we'd wish for then revenue has to increase to diminish the impact of cost/loss. It really isn't complicated.
Youth policy is clearly back on track which does bode well for the future.
A larger squad and more tactical options are the order of the day. Quantity over quality sadly is likely to be the way forward as player sales are looking highly likely.

The losses we’re now making under AR are comparable to those losses under Bates.

thing is..... when I think back to the SG team with Gradal, Beckford, Becchio, Howson, Johnson etc etc etc.. that team finished 7th in the league, was all under Bates..
still in the same league.. have we got a better team now? - a better manager for sure.
so I tend to agree..
having said that, there is a distinct feeling of moving forward somehow.. which wasn't there under Bates.
Regardless, I see your point
Thing is Bates didn't want to go up!..
AR has brought the club back to where it should be, not ripped the heart out off it and is trying for the future of the club!..
People can say whatever they want but nobody has got this club so close to running the way a football club should since before meltdown!..
Money might not be there now, but the club is much better off than it was and if AR decides he wants out he'll be leaving a club that more will be interested in!..
Germany - agree with that too
AR has brought the club back to where it should be
-------
Where is that exactly? Still in the Championship and making ever greater losses.
There are of course some good data points along the way, the success of Academy last season, promoting from within and a good manager, but ultimately, we're still in Div2 and we have no money.
I think it should be phrased "bring it back to where it should be".. which to be fair you get that feeling more these days than the dark Bates days..
I'm right in thinking AR is searching for investment ?
nowhere near job done yet but I do think we are far away from the dark days.

Jonty, sorry if that's to be read wrong, but its meant to mean he's brought the club back to a proper functioning football club which is something its not been since falling from grace!..
Don't matter to much about what has been or how far he's not got us in the last year or so, the club is being run as a football club and is a hell of a sight better than before he came in, the youth set up is proving to be one of the best in football and those players I think Bielsa has plans for!..
It shouldn't take to much to add to the squad and players that might be on the way out, I think plans are well in the making to bring in replacements, I'm just hoping there ain't to many loans in there and the plans are around Bielsa!..
AR's original plan was to use the youth set up and the way its going it should start paying dividends very soon!..
