I doubt he's gonna go for over £50m more than he signed for after flopping.

..................

If he goes for 150 mil he will not be.

But thanks for your input, you plum.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He will be, unless my maths is as bad as yours.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

150 m - 89 m = 61 m so it won't be 50 m will it?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
It appears your English is as crap as your maths. Read again, you plum.

Personaly I don't see Ed and his equally inept side kick negotiating a fee for Pogba where we come out on top.

Pogba wasn’t worth what we paid for him, can’t see his value has increased with the way he played for Utd!

Juve don’t even have a manager yet they’re signing players. What sane club would buy back a player for £60m more than they sold him for 3 years later after he’s basically flopped. Utter madness, no way on earth is that arrogant selfish clown worth that sort of dough, they could spend it so much better on 2 or 3 other players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Clearly you’ve missed the market for the past 3 yrs where transfer fees have gone out of control.
Was Neymar worth 200m
Coutinho worth 146m
Dembele worth 96m
Mendy worth 50m
Mahrez worth 60m
Keita worth 58m
Fred worth 52m
Davison Sanchez worth 43m
Sigurdsson worth 50m
Richarlison worth 50m
Higuain worth 70m
Lukaku worth 75m
Kepa worth 70m
Morals worth 65m
Need I go on?

Fact is Pogba is not only a very good footballer he is a marketing dream which will mean much of that transfer fee will be paid back. If the likes of Coutinho is going for 146m then 100% we should be looking at 150m for Pogba. Anything less they can feck off

What midfielder is then?

He's in his mid 20's and is still produces lots of assists and goals in a poor team. Furthermore he's proven that if he's in a good team, he can help them win trophies.

150m should be the minimum.

posted on 13/6/19

Yeah there's no way you're getting £150m for a player whose value surely could only have dropped after his move.

posted on 13/6/19

Pogba’s value has increased because transfers have increased. Manchester United can turn down offers because we don’t need the money. He’s under contract and a quality footballer so it needs to be an amount we find acceptable.

Yes all this makes sense but £150m for a player who strolls around and doesnt put the effort in, who hasn't lived up to his potential thus far? I'm not seeing it.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Nope, wrong.

He was considered one of the stars of the French team when they won the world cup and I think he ended up having the highest goal contribution(assists&goals) of any midfielder in this continents top three leagues, playing in a poor team. He also spent the first half of the season either laying deep or not at all.

Anybody with an ounce of knowledge about football can see that if he plays around quality then he will produce quality football. No doubt two of the best teams in the world in Real and Juve can see this which is why they're sniffing around.

One thing which isn't in doubt is that he isn't the Gerrard type who can drag 10 schit players up to 4th when they should be finishing 8th.

------------------------------------------------
That's all fine and well but since then he has been woeful for United and woeful for France. Strolling around the pitch, not putting in the effort. Nobody wants to pay extra for that. If you'd had sold him after the World Cup, then fair enough but you didn't.

I'd say around the £100m mark, giving you profit despite him flopping, due to the transfer fees increasing massively since the Neymar deal.
