Yeah I heard that all 3 are very keen and that Julien's agents are encouraging him with talk of 2/3 years and he will be in the EPL.
Those 3 and a RB would be a good start to a busy window.

Most Rangers fans know that celtic have the resources to ensure they win the league comfortably next season - should they decide to use them.
The hope was that celtic would maybe not fork out the money required to put clear distance between themselves and the rest. Several celtic fans I have read on here also shared that fear so it was hardly irrational bears walking around in fantasy land.
The fact Lennon was given the gig full time suggested to many from both sets of fans that celtic were going to try and do 9 and 10 in a row on the cheap.
However - Celtic have seemingly decided to splash the cash if they are looking at paying 10m euro for a CB to play in the Scottish League. No-one else in Scotland can come near that. Not even close.
Celtic are already the overwhelming favourites for the league in my book. If they end up spending £10-20m on players this summer then there is no real way anyone else can compete.

Connell, Dembele, Oko-Flex, Henderson, these lads would be bolstering the squad and getting game time in cups or if we have bad luck with injuries, at their ages its an ideal scenario.
