Let's break all that drivel down

"But what I have seen since the opening of the new stadium he has clearly been out of sorts."

He's played in 3 games since our new stadium opened and played meh in one game, ok in another and good in the other but got injured. Even if he had played woefully in all 3 games (which he didnt), its 3 games ffs

"but he looked like he felt entitled to score the first goal in the new stadium, and that piece of history writing went to Son."

He felt entitled to score? What does that even mean? Yeah he wanted to score, he wants to score in every game mate. It would have been nice for him to score the first goal in the stadium so I imagine there was extra incentive there for him, but who cares? Wasnt like he didnt celebrate when son scored was it pal

"you can see him with his puffy hoodie and iPhone when sitting down when he was out injured"

Really? We're questioning kane's attitude now? Kane, the model professional? We're questioning his attitude?

Not even gonna dignify that with a response

"With all this ellusive half-time team talk against Ajax (which the players said happened yet the manager said didnt) something is clearly not running smoothly here."

Poch literally loves harry like a son. You think him wanting to give credit to his captain is proof they hate each other? Unbelievable

"Kane's big and clunky and speaks funny so hes probably technically limited and just a Kevin Davies type" seems to be the logic here

Hes an excellent technical player ffs
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I seriously question whether a lot of people on this forum actually watch and understand football or just make sheite up and regurgitate cliches.

Son on form is a great player, but he’s very streaky. Kane has been the most consistent striker in the PL since 2015 and that is a fact. He’s also scored 24 CL goals since his CL debut in 2016. But he’s not a short striker with a Latino surname so therefore he must be technically limited
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Would feel bad about totally derailing this thread but the shiite being spouted about kane at the minute has to be called out

Tbf it's a morespurs thread so imagine I wouldn't feel that bad about derailing it either way

Look, we all have our off-days. Off-periods. I am good at what I do in the office, but there are times when there is nothing that come overcome "designer's block". We are just out of sorts.

It would have taken a truely wise, and headstrong manager to real eyes the situation and benched Kane at that particular period. Besides no player is bigger than the club, right? Our objective is to win. By any means necessary...

We won our last major European trophy in 1984. A previously unheard of goal keeper - Tony Parks - won us the final at WHL with the winning save in the shootout. Tony Parks was a replacement for the injured infamous and superb Ray Clemence. Keith Burkinshaw didn't consider it necessary to appease the fans by playing the injure goalie. He instead, in the UEFA Cup Final, played a reserve player and guess what... it paid off!

I think had Kane not played we would still have lost. Only people would be going nuts at Poch for not starting Kane.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think you’d have done better without him. He was your worst player in the final.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Reason for that isn't just that he wasn't 100% fit, it's that he is very very predictable as to where and how he will play.
That is meat and drink to Matip, never mind to VVD. More fluidity would have caused us mkre problems.

Yeah out of all Spurs players Son is top of the list.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup...and now I’m agreeing with you

I can`t see Son and Lucas wanting to join that awful football club

Why anybody would want to leave London for Liverpool is beyond me. One is one of the world`s great capital cities, the other is like a satellite country town of Manchester.

Well you wouldn't be surprised to see a Bournemouth player be happy to join Spurs who finished 26 points above them so I would imagine it would be the same for a Spurs player with Liverpool
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don’t forget those envious looks as they collected their runners up medals, before watching that Liverpool side lifting the biggest trophy in club football.

This rumour is so obviously someone who has watched the 6 minutes of klopp after winning the final. The 2 spurs players he hugs most and speaks to for the longest were son and Moura.

Such bllocks in the press these days. Can't trust a word.

All this bollox about klippety Klopp losing Salah and Mane. Let them go!
Think he'll get Son and Moura? Ask Levy what the price will be!
Here's the REAL news .... straight from the Times of London, A REAL city with a REAL Newspaper....

"Juventus are ready to swoop for Tottenham's England wing-back Kieran Trippier, 28, in a £45m deal"
*******
Oh boy.... won't Sandy like that!! I do!
Now ... about a worthwhile replacement, Mr. Levy ....

Don’t believe it for a minute.

I could see us potentially being interest in Son if Salah was on his way out, then switching mane back to the right.

I can’t envisage a world where spurs would sell Son to us though, as much as i would love it to happen

No need for that mate, especially with Cairns ready to pick up his copy of ‘the s*n” at a moments notice.

However, one thing is for sure, the cost of houses these days in London and the cost of living, Son could stay on the same wages he is now and it would be like doubling his wages if he came to Liverpool!

Not that he will, zero chance we will sign him.

It’s a fact, London is a city out of control. Some go on about it being this cosmopolitan mecca, when in reality it’s just as much of a sh!tehole as everywhere else and worse.

Now I’m not point scoring like some green fingered little sh!tebag tried to do the morning after the champions league. I’m just stating a fact.
