Everywhere in Scotland outside of Glasgow should be shut down and the money they’re granted given to Glasgow instead.
We could then expand the new capital into a size befitting its importance on the global stage, and the displaced former farmers and midden-keepers could be given menial labour jobs as befitting their obsolete skills and general intelligibility.
