Just heard an absolute stoatir of a rumour from a 'Well supporter at work: the £3m fee originally agreed between the clubs became void after Celtic withdrew the offer; 'Well now chancing their arm and asking for £3.5m, hence the delay.
To be fair to the fella he only described it as a rumour, didn't claim it was Gospel.
