What is really unsurprising to all Derby fans, is the obvious bitterness being shown by the sort of Forest encroachers on our boards. They spent all last season envying their neighbours at the honourable end of Brian Clough Way and they are already continuing in the season about to start.

I would have a bet they will be relegated but they cannot be trusted to pay up so I won't bother. If, by some fluke of refereeing misjudgements they are not relegated, we will definitely finish higher in the Championship.

They should play in green as the envious ones.

Forest do hold the record of being the only winner of the European cup to have been relegated to the third tier of their domestic league, in fact that's where they were playing when derby were in the premier league being the "worst team in history" or, as I see it, accruing the least amount of points in a premier league season.
