How many of Orta’s U23 signing did MB like to use last season?
Halme who lasted a couple of games and was sold?
Why do people keep defending the club’s policy of signing huge numbers of U23s players that never actually make it, and Orta’s awful track record with signings.

Is it not the second time this has happened, first time Pontus got his way, this time not?..
Surely if that's the case than Pontus is at fault because he's already had this same argument in the past!..
Others return at the right time after playing International games, why doesn't the club say its alright lads, let us know when you'll be reporting back!..
Every player at every club has a contract that binds them to their clubs and I'd think it'll be in there that the rules off the club "will" be obeyed, so, I cant see any other way out outside off the club giving in, but if they do, they should treat all their players the same not just one!..
This has crap all to do with what Bielsa or anyone has to say, it has everything to do with a player demanding what he hasn't the right to demand!..
Pontus is in the wrong and it seems not for the first time!..

That’s my take on it. He pushed his luck one time too many. Not fair on all the others who showed up as scheduled. Bound to disrupt the squad.
If you look at the picture of him signing for Brentford, he looks like he is thinking “really f$&@ed it up this time!
Jonny, official Brentford twitter has Pontus quoted as saying Brentford were the only club for him, top side etc. (paraphrasing). I don't believe he meant that. I sorta
feel bad for PJ, the way it all turned out. Hope he does
well except for two fixtures.

I think there is an injury issue for Pontus and he has opted for a big signing on fee. He doesn't really care about Brentford . The photos and the platitudes mask a hard-nosed pragmatism on his part. Was Bielsa's tough training regime just too much for him? Also, I think there is some truth in his comments about wanting a coach he can relate to. He reminds me a lot of one of my all time favorites, Paul McGrath. McGrath would have expired under Bielsa's expectations, but great managers got the best out of him. Truth seems to be quite simple here. Pontus put two fingers up to Bielsa one time too often. It's a tough one to take because he is a genuine character and a great defender at this level. Time Will tell if Bielsa got it right.
