He is probably our most talented outfield player in terms of natural ability. However, his attitude means that he isn't even close to being several levels above the rest of our outfield players. That is just hyperbole. A rich vein of form for a few months over the course of 3 years isn't enough for a player of his ability.
Pogba is a luxury player - he's an asset when playing in a good team that can dominate games, but he rarely makes a difference if his side is struggling to control a game. While he does look lazy and self-indulgent at times, for me that's the defining point about Pogba. It does mean if we can fix the team to provide a decent platform from him, he'll probably be good for us. But it would probably be easier to fix the team by replacing him with someone who doesn't need the right platform to be a net contributor.
