Thanks for you interest in Arsenal's affairs.

Well run club that is propped up by the wealth of a small country. You always seem to miss that bit out.

I imagine Arsenal would be doing better with the wealth of the UAE behind them.

Yet despite their extravagant wealth and huge spending on players over recent years they still only just very narrowly pipped Liverpool to the title.

You do realise that, thanks to Arsenal among others, owners are no longer allowed to put their money into their football clubs?

Good.

Stop the likes of City and Chelsea buying success again.

Not kidding.
Be honest. Would you prefer silent Stan to the Sheikh?

One takes money out. The other reinvest money made back into the club.

"Reinvest money made back into the club"?

Pull the other one as well lad.

That boat already sailed.
We don't need our owners cash anymore for the past 5 years.

For example, the Rodri signing was paid in full by Puma.
Meanwhile, at Arsenal, they can't even afford to spend on Kieran Tierney. Silent Stan prefers the money in his pocket.

The other reinvest money made back into the club.

Is that the money made from inflated sponsorship deals from companies associated with the owners?

"We don't need our owners cash anymore for the past 5 years."

BS. Subtract dodgy sponsorships from companies owned by family and 'friends' of your Sheikh and your revenues still come nowhere near close to covering your huge costs on transfer fees, wages for players and non-playing staff.

Ganged up You won the lottery and then unsettled all their players when they had a stadium to pay off. Poor little City.

I can see why you’re annoyed, if Liverpool had paid arsenal good money for Adebayor then I’d be annoyed too. But it’s been 10 years, let it go.

Maybe you don't know. But City receives TV money just like every other PL club.
City also receives money from gates, merchandise and sponsorship just like every other club.

Sponsorship money from the UAE accounts for less than 10% of total revenue before anyone starts shouting about fake sponsorship..

If you apply that principle across all PL clubs, then hardly any club would be left with sponsorship deals.

Leicester, Newcastle etc are all sponsored by firms owned by their owners. Would you like to stop these as well? Or are you concerned just because City are current champions?

City will never be held in the same breath as proper clubs like United, Arsenal and even the Scousers no matter how much you win.

Those three clubs earned their success and grafted. You lot have a wealthy Arab bankrolling you. It's like playing manopoly with all the bankers money at the start.

No, the rest of us realise that because of Man City, owners are no longer allowed to put their money into their football clubs.

City were really well run by your previous owners

You keep telling yourself that and believing little bits of information that are fed to the fans and press that are wholly inaccurate. You never heard of Cookin' the books? Because that along with bribes is exactly what has been going on at City for years in order to keep their noses 'clean'.

Hasn't stopped United and Liverpool spending millions like CIty though did it?

That's also classified as buying glory?

Liverpool for example, almost went under until their American owner came to bail them out.
Question: Was that bail out money earned?
Danny Fiszman pumped money into Arsenal which was used to purchase the likes of Dennis Bergkamp. Was that money earned?

Liverpool were languishing in the second division before a wealthy benefactor came and invested in the club. Was that money earned?

Or do you have a problem with City primarily because our money is "Arab money" not English or American money?

Oh please you are comparing apples to oranges. Grow up, nobody cares which country the money comes from, it's the vast amounts you have spent year after year, go add up the totals and even if you account for inflation/deflation, nobody has bought the Premier League like City have done, Chelsea are not even close in 2nd place.
