Stadium costs are not included in FFP. The losses UEFA investigated were to do with stadium costs. UEFA were happy with this and didn’t pursue further.
How are we guilty of breaching FFP for something that doesn’t fall under FFP?

Those three clubs earned their success and grafted. You lot have a wealthy Arab bankrolling you. It's like playing manopoly with all the bankers money at the start.
