I'll have to dig out the Milne, Taibi, Prunier compilation for balance later on!

Looking back I was surprised to see Ronaldo was already such a good header of the ball, although in a different way. I only remember his signature towering-higher-than-everyone-else headers at his madrid spell, while at manchester the dribbles, stepovers and cutbacks stood out more.

It just shows that the very best will keep putting effort in improving their skills, even if they are already at a very high level (like Messi has improved his insane scoring % from direct free kicks in the last couple of seasons)

It’s no Lukaku, Pogba, Lingard

Realistically how many instagram followers would Tevez get?

2007/2008 season was unreal. Probably better football than the treble season in fact. That front 3 were just insane.

Should have done the treble again really that year.

Sign of an excellent side though. Holding off a strong Chelsea in the league and winning the CL in the same season.

His headed goal against Roma was probably one of the best of his career, but I agree, It's not what most would associate with his time at United.

Would love to see him back at the club for a season or 2. If he wins the CL with Juve, it might be an interesting project for him.

It really is dire straits when our jack of all trade players like brown and o Shea are better than the current crop of first teams purely because of their determination and motivation to be playing for United

Bit unfair Greg

Brown looked immense before injuries.

Remember Fergie saying Brown could be one of the best.

Brown was solid and so dynamic. Best to judge him ovetall. He had a short spell where he came ba k from I jury and looked shaky but recovered very well and adapted his game.
