To be fair I think Rosso's idea isn't a bad one. If enough people filter him he wont be able to comment on many threads.

The guy genuinely single-handedly makes this a worse site.

I'm up for that. There is no point in entering a discussion with him, as he only here for the reactions. I know I say this quite a lot, but I find it utterly bizarre the lengths people will go to to get attention on the internet.
