i think I'm in a minority, but once a player goes on strike to move away from spurs, then i have no interest whatsoever in bringing them back. was a quality player for us, but his behaviour towards the end stunk the place out. no place for that in a Poch squad.

All relative though Chronic Real/Barca are the pinnacle for any footballer. Especially one in a Spurs team, who single handedly pulled us over the line most weeks.

1. He's 30
2. He's on 600k a week - triple our current top earners.
3. He's said himself he's staying to fight for his place/play golf
4. £55m+
5. Injury prone

That money could find us the "next" Bale and/or sign players we need in other positions.

It's a no from me.

Unless Levy fell on his head I very much doubt he would even think of signing Bale.

Yes. Who wouldn't want to have a good helping of Kale in our team - Kane + Bale.

That'd be great if he wasn't injured 60% of the time.

How on earth could we afford his wages as well? 600k a week... Seriously...

You have the opportunity to create ‘Bane’ and you pass it up in favour of ‘kale’.

Some people...

Baloko?

Put me down with the No, means no group

I don't want us to waste the money signing a player who sporadically with turn up in games

Poch's motto is hard work during the whole 90 mins and we love the way we press and never stop.

We can't be changing that mantra for a player who will be mostly injured?

Nostalgia is good but we need to be realistic. We have a fairly decent pot of money but it sure isn't endless.

Let's spend it wisely

He’s 30. Considering his injury record, what would we get out of him, two good years?

Great player but wrong timing for the money involved.

If it turned out to be a highly successful partnership then it would become Bane.

I’d take him on a free. Other than that no. He was my favourite player ten years or so ago. He left, both him and us have moved on. Agree with chronic. Would rather invest in young talent.

There should be a -5 vote. Really don’t want this . Step backwards .
We sign Ndombele then look to sign a past it Bale because he won trophies

Yes - I'd take him back, but only on a free transfer and on sensible money

Not sure Bale would enjoy running backwards so he can pass back to Lloris

Spurs are badly in need of a fullback, so why not.
