Admin it's no wonder you drink.

Or...... maybe the drink is the cause of his mishaps?

dislocated knees.

Yup iv done this about 11/12 times througout my life.

First time I did was the scary and painful as hell. Playing basketball went i was spinning as I landed on a brand new varnsished court...my body twisted one way my knee didnt budge and came right out... me in a crumpled heap looking at my kneecap sticking out the side/back of where it should be aww pointy n that. Two of the guys standing next to me proper whitied.

Had to lie there on court until paramedics turned up.

Me scared as hell thinking I will never walk again as I look at the most deformed leg I had ever seen !

I've dislocated my knees so often I can pop them back in without too much pain. Although it always looks like I'm about to propose when I do it.

Once it happens once that's it. After about the 4th time doctors told me that they might consider surgery to put in artifical ligaments round the knee by that would mean to more football or basketball and I pretty much stopped going to him for it. Just straightened the leg out and popped it back in. To this day I can stretch either knee cap right out the joint! Just strap the knees up with heavy supports to play. Fook knows what state my ligaments are in now and god knows what else. After the first few times in hospital they had to drain loads of blood out from all the cartlidge scraped of round the kneecap

I declined the scrape surgery as I was only 20. But at the time couldn't walk more than 400m without having to stop at least once and put my kneecap back in place. The bone and cartilage had powered by the time I was about 23-24 and the bloodstream was able to transport it away.

Some mornings, I can hardly muster the enthusiasm to catch up on the previous evenings rantings about Scottish fitba on this website.

But, then you get threads like these that are totally worth it! I reckon that all posters managed to avoid infantile insults for approx. 3 hours. And it's no coincidence that Ivan or Declan had a night off.......
