My friend summoned him and was told to drink goats blood and give his soul to him or three of his relatives would die within a year.

He chose to ignore it but then two months later his aunt died.

Still he chose to ignore it then three months later his gran died. So obviously getting scared he sacrificed a goat and drank its blood.

Now he wears a trench coat and has pencil line moustache.

Saw led zep in the news today....must be a new tour lol.

Seriously, Google BBC news as that is where I saw it at work earlier.

When I was first into Zepplin and Floyd and Neil Young etc I thought the metal boys were imbeciles.....some are.

But we need to open our ears to all sorts

Saw it earlier, mate, 50th anniversary of their 1st gig.

Slipknot rode too much on the edge of the nu metal wave. Add to that the boiler suits and masks and the whole package just seemed too contrived for my taste.

I also don’t listen to metal to get in touch with a darker or edgier side. Good metal is uplifting, beautifully self aware and puts a massive grin on my face and boner in the pants

Two of my favourites. Back to School is just phenomenal. Also Diamond Eyes and some of the melodic ones off Koi No Yokan - Gauze, Entombed etc.

I'll go through phases of listening to this sort of stuff in the gym.

Like my faith, sometimes I disregard rational thought and go with the flow.

Hence Slipknot, korn, Hendrix, Floyd, SOAD, Deftones...And at the same time Damned, Marley, Beat, Jam, Vaughan Williams, Jonny Cash and the SPB.

By darker side I meant when dad was dying of cancer I was angry...with the doctors, family, life and everything inbetween.

You either have a dark side or not...or admit to it.

I do not listen to music to go dark.
