Lustig WAS a good player for Celtic, sadly that wasn't in the past two or three seasons.
He had little flashes in one or two games when be was like the Lustig of old - but he is better off away, for his and Celtic's sake.

As to the point above, I think it`s more a case of fans saying, if we are looking at the likes of Simpson, we`d have been as well keeping Lustig.
2nd point, we shouldn`t have gotten rid of 3 RBs without having at least one replacement signed up.

Anyway-Lustig was a good player for us overall. Some great games, some good goals, and a decent bit of banter over the years. Some fans took the chance to thank him. What’s the problem with that?!
