Ffs. It’s the same case for breach of contract.

It’s just dealt with point by point and a ruling given in that point in question.

Just posting various versions of the same story seversl times from different publications doesnt make it any more true...its all the same story

Also..the judge ruled on all 6 points against rangers back in june. There are no further points.

I'll wait until i see the court papers if there are any

I think Rangers will continue to just contest everything and anything they can and delay until we’ll after the initial agreement is timed out and financially things improve much as they did with the share offer nonsense.

What is making it worse I believe is SDI dropping in more and more claims as and when. Lawyers wet dream.

Fair enough.

No doubt there will be court minutes. All the celtic nut case sites (eg the Celtic blog)are covering it and using the judges ruling from 6th June to support. Ive yet to ser anything related to yesterday
No doubt someone will be obsessed enough to produve something

Mags-the actual judgement normally isn’t published for a few weeks after the case.

He was just ruling on rangers being a new club. Finally settled the matter

Btw....not a single scrap of evidence that rangers were incourt on friday. Moon howling at its finest.

Interesting that so many papers picked up on this but hardly any (maybe none) of them covered the actual verdict on 6th June.

My guess is that they have now realised that this is a massive story and they dont want to be accused od missing it so they are now making an effort to pretend they werent asleep at the wheel

No. It isn't. It was all very vague newspaper articles that were incorrect. There is no judgement other than the one dated 6th June. There are 6 elements to the case and persey ruled on all of them. There are no other issues tp be ruled on. The other ruling referred to yesterday even predates that.

Whevs.
