Hope it works better than it did for Fulham last summer. Love a trip to Villa Park.
Everyone compares it to Fulham inc FAT SAM AND FATTER BRAZIL
It is a risk but it may be worth taking.

It has some similarities. I understand to stay up you need more quality/depth and the team has a few quality players in it.
Let’s hope it’s better than Fulham and not scattergun in style.
Don't worry mate I agree it is a risk
I’ve read you are after a player named Marvelous Nakamba. He’ll have the best name in the premier league.
Could be brilliant..... best name yeah but sounds a volatile individual too
Does he? I’d never heard of him until today.
On Villa I think it’s easy to make comparisons with Fulham but it doesn’t appear they’ll be making as many signings as they did. And I think more importantly they probably won’t be trying to incorporate so many into the team at once.
Hause, Mings and El Ghazi were already on loan at the club, unlike Fulham who only had Mitrovic there from the season before.

Let's hope he's not ironically named like Isaac Success.
I see Micah Richards has retired
Will villa offer him a testimonial ?
Feck me someone big must be going??????????
I am pleased with signings and still think a few to go.
I think if we let Maupay go it is a big mistake.
Likely first xi
Heaton
Guilbert Engels Mings Targett
Nakamba
McGinn Grealish
Trezeguet Wesley El Ghazi
Back up
Steer
Elmo Konsa Hause Taylor
D.Luiz
Hourihane Bjarnason
Jota Kodija Green
Plus a few others!!
I reckon Villa will survive with ease.
