But we have options. Matt Cash will probably fill in tomorrow although I would like to see Jayden Richardson given a chance sooner rather than later. I think we will also bring in a RB. SL has probably been looking for one anyway.

We have started seasons before with longer injury lists.

I'm excited about this season, not for any other reason that I've no idea what to expect.

We will be playing the sweeper keeper, so I expect some daft errors at the back, which I hope the crowd are patient with.
I am seeing pace in the team as well as a midfield barsteward to stop us being bullied, and we have quality.

I am sure we will be entertained at least.

I hope Forest give consideration to signing up either Alan Hutton or Danny Simpson as options as I don’t think Cash is going to be disciplined enough to play right back. Great going forward but I reckon he would leave some gaps down that flank. Richardson is untested at this level. Could be worth a punt but is Lamouchi brave enough?

You know my feelings about signing players who are over 30, so I'd stick with the Cash/Richardson/3 at the back options.
