Additionally, there is great deal of emotion invested when watching. A lot of times, it can take a lot of time to overcome disappointment when your team loses and adverse effects are augmented by the fact its addictive. It can adversely impact work productivity , students as well. There are advantages but cons outweigh.
However, playing sport is and should always be highly recommended.

How u can say I am so interested in English cricket? I support my national team first but I also admire spiri of Australian cricket team which is why they have won so many games from jaws of defeat

Tell u whats folks , I was about to post before the start of today's play that England will chase this successfully, I was out for considerable time therefore I could nt. Anyways, it was only a banter , and right now I believe England will win next 2 test provided they get selection right like replacing Roy.
i genuinely believed we would do it before the start of our second innings yesterday, for pride more than anything else some of how batsmen had to stand up and play proper test cricket for a change. I nearly lost all hope when Woakes got out stupidly and we still needed a bucket of runs, there were some seriously nervy moments waiting for one of Stokes' shots to be caught on the boundary as well but somehow we made it. Incredible stuff and this article is tripe, you should always watch the ashes.

In the light of day... World Cup winners and drawing a series with Steve Smith.. decent summer! Not perfect, you’d obviously want to win the ashes, and our batting has been suspect but there are loads of positives..
archer coming through and looking good, in a couple of years time he’ll be brilliant...
It’s a pity idiots like Pakistan are so bitter, and is so blinkered because of his hate for England! Oh well, fans of lesser teams seem to do this..

Pakistan has far superior record than England, they won their first World Cup when u were in nappies, defeated England in their first ever series against them at their backyard and won test series at their backyard in 87,92 and 96. They are going through rebuilding phase but soon they will conquer the world again.

Tongue was firmly in cheek with my comment in response to the OP.
It was a competitive series and despite some players on both sides being awful or mediocre, there was also some genuine quality with bat (not just from Smith), ball and in the field.
There was lots of closely contested battles in each sessions and some fascinating mini battles along with some embarrassing ones like Broad vs Warner
Ashes retained and Aus will start as heavy favourites next year

hardly ground breaking news Pakistan, they have the best batsman in the world and more than enough top drawer bowlers.
you're coming across as a bitter old Pakistan fan, its not England's fault India and England are far more superior currently
I am not bitter, its only banter.
I believe, India is overall across all formats best team in the world. England won the world cup but they required India to play below par and an umpiring error. Additionally, I feel they will not be that effective even in odi's on non-flat tracks.In test format their batting needs to vastly improve to be considered among the top
