This one would be bonkers as I said to a friend the other day I wouldn't mind Ibe from Bournemouth having seen Harry Wilson join the Cherries.

I don't think the deal is likely though, he's had quite a lot of injury problems, plus I think Middlesbrough and Newcastle are ahead of us in terms of attempting to get him in.

Jurgen Locadia of Brighton does interest me, another rumoured target. Plays both Winger / Striker roles so covers our list of targets. Played under Cocu so he'll know his strengths. Just can not see Brighton releasing him on loan to us.

Strange one if this is true. Ibe was twice the player for us that Jesse Lingard was but since then their careers have gone in opposite directions. Had Liverpool not recalled him maybe it would have turned out better.

He's not lived up to expectations, but I reckon Phil and the boys could sort him out. I'd be happy to get him

Do you really think that Steve Gibson would get one over on MM, Desi ?

Agggggg.

Hope this isn't true. Sir Brian always said the first question he asked himself when considering a signing was: " will he play 42 games a season for me?"

If the answer was "no" he moved on to other targets.

You only have to think of the vast outlay we've made on both fees and wages for players who have spent more time on the physio's table than the pitch to see the truth of this

no more crocks
